Website information

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter, name, work email, organization, role, state and any message, together with the page you submitted from and campaign parameters in the URL. We use it to respond to you and to understand which material is useful.

No patient information here

The forms on this website are marketing forms. Please do not enter patient information in them. Protected health information belongs in the coordination platform, which operates under a business associate agreement.

Platform information

Within the DispatchCare platform, VectorCare acts as a business associate to covered entities. Information is processed to coordinate and evaluate care missions under the terms of the applicable agreement, with role-based access and audit logging.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to measure site performance. Where consent is required, analytics and marketing tags load only after consent is given.

Retention

Website enquiry records are kept while a relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform data retention is configurable and defaults to at least three years after the final programme report.
