DispatchCare

Security and privacy

Built for a compliance review.

DispatchCare handles protected health information under a BAA, with role-based access, full audit logging and scopes limited to what a referral actually needs.

Controls

Business associate agreement

A BAA is available and expected for any deployment handling protected health information.

Encryption

Data encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by the managed platform.

Role-based access

Coordinators, program users and administrators see only what their role and organization allows.

Audit logging

Every mission event, status change and record access is timestamped and attributable.

Minimum necessary

The EHR launch requests read scopes limited to what the referral requires.

Retention

Configurable retention; the default meets the at-least-three-years-after-final-report requirement.

Data handling

A mission record contains the identifiers and clinical context needed to run and evaluate the visit: demographics, address, the protocol, the visit window, status events and the outcome fields your sponsor requires. It is not a clinical chart and is not intended to replace one.

Forms on this website are marketing forms. They are not a channel for patient information, and we ask you not to enter any.

Documentation on request

Security overview, subprocessor list, incident response summary and the standard BAA are available to organizations in an active evaluation.
